1. (Optional) rename solair.dff and .txd if you want to replace another car
2. Import the dff and the tdx files into gta3.img or drop them to your modloader folder
3. Replace the lines for the car you're replacing in handling.cfg and carcols.dat or just drop the txt file into your modloader folder

If you're installing the car as an add-on vehicle, use the included line for the gta_savehicleAudioSettings.cfg file
